Gareth Emery, British EDM superstar takes on “Aviciism” with a “Ne-Yo/T-Pain-like” twist in his new track, a remix of Last Time by Labrinth. Often times remixes “cock block” the vibe of the original song, especially if the original track is not of the EDM persuasion (I’m NOT saying this is a bad thing), however, Gareth Emery was able to preserve the integrity and mood of the original, while adding a unique EDM flavor we all crave.
This song showcases Gareth Emery’s range as he subtlety blends a smooth/rolling trance-like structure into a bigroom house instrumental hook, providing an energetic ambiance that compliments Labrinth’s silky-smooth vocal melodies.
