Now that our video section is up and running, it’s our job at STS to bring you the freshest edits the Internet has to offer. Our dedicated team of film junkies searches for content under a strict set of evaluation criteria, so you know each video we post is absolute fire. We want to keep you coming back for more, and that’s exactly what we intend on doing.
Without further ado, the newest addition to the Silverlake Selects Reel is an underwater edit by studioAira called “LIQUIFY!”. The edit features a track by Toro y Moi, a South Carolina-based experimental group whose falsetto vocals and flowing baselines make you want to jump through your screen and into the crashing waves in the video. The group just finished up a nation-wide tour with fellow experimentalists, Caribou, and are on their way to big things in the indie circuit.
